Does anyone know of a way to "image" their iPhone for backup purposes? Surely this is possible? Something similar to Norton Ghost but for iPhone. Kind of shocked I haven't heard of something similar yet, it would be by far the best way of backing up (especially a jailbroken image with all those system tweaks, etc.)

It can be done via SSH but you should be aware in certain cases the iPhone doesn't work well when the files are replaced via SSH instead of synced or installed back.
