iphone real ram or virtual?

Does the iPhone have physical RAM or does it use the internal memory as virtual RAM? If so, how much does it have?

not enough to run CS3 if thats what you are wondering.

if not, I don't know.

Supposedly it has 128MB of RAM, and utilities report about 110MB available for programs.
