iPhone iPhone reboot loop after iOs 13 update

Hello,

my iphone xs max is stuck in a reboot loop with the apple logo/black screen visible after updating to ios13. Force restart (volume up/down/side button) has no effect. Neither does connecting the iphone to my macbook because itunes doesn't recognize it...

I am kind of stuck. Any help?
