I don't know if I just started noticing this, but whenever I press the home button to bring up the home screen where you swipe to unlock, the AT&T reception bars change from somewhat low bars (1-2 bars) to high bars (4-5). Is this supposed to happen?I thought once I saw the wallpaper screen, it should instantly reflect the current reception of where you are at?
Also what is making me suspect is often at home, I'll sleep the phone when it was at like 4-5 bars, and when I wake it up, it starts out at 1 bar and slowly climbs up to 4-5 bars. I think this started happening after 3.0 but Im not entirely sure.
