How come when I record on my iPhone It is much more zoomed in than the camera???

I have also noticed that too, thought I somehow had some zoom feature on, but there isn't a zoom during video, only still pic taking, (why is that?) -

That won't remove the:

That's put there by Tapatalk and the MacRumors mobile site.

Videos are zoomed in because of the size of the camera sensor compared to the size of the recorded video, then its zoomed in a bit more because of the lens.
 
It is user selectable when using Tapatalk. Some like it, not sure why. It does help in troubleshooting cases though. Your signature only pertains to emails sent using iOS' Mail application.
