Iphone - Recovery Mode Issue

Hi All ,

I have an unlocked Iphone 3gs . I connected it to my mac for charging and happened to see an issue.

ITUNES displayed -

" ITUNES HAS DETECTED an Iphone in recovery Mode. You must restore this iphone before it can be used with iTunes. "

Now i just see the icon on the phone where we see the charger connecting to itunes.

Device is not responding .

Please suggest .

Then restore it thru itunes and it should be fine.

Well in that case , i guess it will get upgraded to latest version and would behave like a locked phone. This is my understanding.

So it was JB and software unlocked?
Did you try irecovery?
Is it a tethered or untethered JB?

Yes tried irecovery . No luck.
