iPhone Recovery Mode

Ive got an iPhone 5, jailbroken on iOS 6.1 and iTunes 11.0.2.

I inadvertantly connected my phone to my mac when it was in "safe mode" and now itunes is saying my phone is in recovery mode and needs to be restored even though its not.

Any ideas how to clear this?

Just to add, Ive tried my phone on another (Windows) PC running itunes 11 and Im getting the same problem on there as well.

So it looks like the issue is with my iphone rather than itunes.

Anyone got any ideas?
