iPhone RedSn0w, Can't reboot, battery is dead

Using RedSn0w and my battery died last night.
Usually, it works once I plug my phone back into the computer and run DFU mode.
But I use redsn0w and by the time i run DFU mode, it says battery is dead. Even though I let it charged for over 8hrs.

Any suggestions?
I find it extremely stupid and dumb that once you jailbroken your phone, you can't let your phone die or you're in trouble.

pretty wild...i would leave it off and let it charge. then power on and see?

You might try charging somewhere else (use a wall charger or try charging on another port or computer). Of course, your USB cord could be bad, as well.

Where do you get the idea you can’t let your phone die or you’re in trouble if JB?

I'm using RedSn0w tethering.
If my phone battery is dead, I cannot charge my phone and I can't even active it back up again without a computer.

I just did an entire system restore to my iPhone and lost like a billion things. iTunes backup files got corrupted somehow and now I've lost everything over the past 8 months. -__-"

I've let it died, then charged it for 8hours, no luck, no nothing.
Wall charger, USB charger, etc.

Whatever...
I guess this is what i get for tethering... >_>

leave it plugged in while you put it in dfu mode.
