I just bought an iMac and used migration assistant to transfer files, accounts, and applications from my MacBook to the new iMac. Everything went smoothly, but I'm encountering one small issue with the Remote app and Home Sharing. The Remote app on my iPhone 4 will only show one shared library - the MacBook library. However, when I select a song from the MacBook library using Remote, the song plays through the iMac.
NOTE: I think the issue has something to do with how I used Migration Assistant to bring the same user account to both machines. Under iTunes>Advanced>"Turn Off Home Sharing(myAppleID)" references the same ID on both machines. The library names are different on each machine.
If you can fix this, or if you can't, I appreciate any insight the site has to offer.
