IPhone replaced, iCloud restore going since Tuesday

So I had to bring my iPhone in to apple on Tuesday and when they checked it they instantly said it needed to be replaced because of one of the messages on there.

Well, I restored from iCloud on Tuesday and it is still saying it is restoring. I have no clue why it's taking this long. Also, music won't sync, even tho it says it does and completes in iTunes.

Any clue?

Thanks, I had that issue in the past but deleted the songs that gave me the problem. I will do another search through!
