I'm currently on my 5th iPhone 4. All the others have been swapped out at Apple stores because they've been defective.* I'm kind of losing confidence in my iPhone.* I don't feel like I can rely on it, but don't get me wrong I'm not hating.* I waited 13 hours in line for the iPhone 4, but lately I feel like the products Apple has been selling are not as high quality as they were before and should be. I mentioned that it was my 4th time getting an iPhone replacement to the Genious that helped me and he said it would probabbly be a good idea to contact Apple to see if they could do anything.* However, I'm confused as to who I should contact?* And would it really be worth it to contact Apple? I mean, what could they do for me? I bought Apple Care recently just in case I needed it. Best purchase of my life as my phone is now out of the 1 year standard warranty.
