Hey guys. When you swap your iPhone 4 for a new one at an apple store, how do they keep track of how many times you've swapped your phone? For example if I call apple care to complain and I'm like "I've already have my iPhone replaced 3 times and I still have issues" even if I've only had it replaced once or twice, can they know I've only replaced it once or that I've never replaced it?...

Passed year I swap my iPhone 3GS like 13 times everytime I got a scratch I went and it said battery sucked and got a fresh one.
I'm going to do the same when my iPhone 4 as soon as I get some scratches. ^___^

I don't know if I believe the story that he returned it 13 times. You think that they would hav some kind of system.
I have a brother-in-law that is only allowed 2 returns a year at wal-mart because he retuned so much crap (after it was well used).

WOW @ 13 times. Did you need AppleCare? This brings me to a question that I feel can be inserted here. Do you need AppleCare to replace the iPhone free of charge for a non-user issue (like battery, yellowing, whatever) like you can in the 30 day window? If so, can you get AppleCare anytime?
