Is apple prompt at releasing the phones right at 10 PM? I want to exchange mine for a different model but have been trying to find one and each day I check for about 5 minutes and haven't seem one yet. We have at least 7 apple stores in reasonable driving distance so I'm just wanting to make sure I'm not giving up too quickly.

Yes, the inventory is posted at 10:00pm (maybe 10:01pm) and is gone by about 10:04pm.
