Iphone resetting when plugged into PC

My Iphone keeps reseting when I plug it into my pc... THis only happens when I have pictures on the phone and the computer tries to move them to the PC... I have done a restore and it is a new USB cable... any thoughts?

I have had the same problem with my iPhone and iTunes, only I am on a Mac. I think there is a bug with iTunes and/or the iPhone when syncing with new photos. I have noticed that this only happens when I have taken photos with my iPhone or there are new photos in the Camera Roll from a screen shot.
