I have got a peculiar but slightly annoying situation. Phone is running 2.2.1 and when i tried syncing the phone, once i select "delete' pictures after sync, in file transfer prompt, the phone restarts. 
I have a sim lock and funny thing phone doesnt ask for the PIN while restarting like this.
I had 9 pics including 2 which were saved from email (under 200kb ones) and rest taken from the phone cam. Pictures were synced to the laptop (Sony Vaio) but when it comes to delete, the phone restarts. Laptop has latest iTunes ver.
It took some 5 tries to finally get it done. Any ideas and solution for this?
EDIT: Previously also this has happened, while transferring couple of shots and asking comp to erase the pictures after delete.
