iPhone restocking fee?

Hi I am from australia.

I bought an iPhone, it has been 4 days. Didn't open headphones/manuals or charger, only ripped the plastic off the iphone, the cable and the box shrink wrap. Haven't used iphone.

Will I be able to return it without a restocking fee in Australia?
