Today my mom accidentally restored her iphone to a back up in November and she lost everything, that is her most recent iTunes back up. When I tried to help there was a iCloud back up that was updated yesterday so I restored it to that and it didn't work there was none of her old pictures and such. I know it is highly unlikely and I have done a lot of research but is there any way that you can undo everything that happened today.

Nope. Without that really old backup, it's pretty much a lost cause.
