My phone crashed badly installing an app, and none of my music was there anymore, I knew the last full backup was completed a couple of days ago, and I hadn't taken any photos I want to keep since then, so I go for the restore, which has become corrupted (from reading, this is from cancelling backups made since.)
I decide to go into time machine and grab the backup from just after I made it (~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/backup/ ), but time machine hasn't backed it up, ever, and it's not in my exclusions list, which is just firefox cache, podcasts, downloads and a handbrake folder.

Has anyone else seen something like this? Am I missing something? Why is time machine excluding stuff? (I've turned on the option to see hidden and system files)
