dude, i brought a brand new iphone white 16gb, but its lock my restrictions ...
now i hav try to restore its to factory ...but cant restore...itunes block me... anyone help pls?

Take it to the shop you bought it from, they can fix it for you.

OP this is about as good as going to the emergency room on a late friday night and saying you "lost" your prescription for 180 tablets of Oxycodone and need more. Aka its really suspicious...I honestly think you should reframe from asking anything further about this and if your being truthful just take it back and demand they fix it or a refund and buy somewhere else.
