iPhone Retina Wallpapers

recommendations for any good sites? looking to change my wallpaper but dont know where i can find nifty wallpapers and a google search just gives me alot of garbage... haha

Stop searching for 'iPhone Wallpapers' and start searching for things you like.

Just find large images and use them. They don't have to be formatted correctly, the iPhone can crop the photo as you set it as the wallpaper.

For example, I just searched google for 'space' and set image search to 'large.'

Lots of great wallpapers in there! Just start searching for subjects instead of 'wallpapers.'

i know what you mean but i tend to like simple, subtler wallpaper patterns, not photos, as i find photos of things to be too chatoic.

so i tend to search "retina wallpaper" and look for simple patterns.

i just thought maybe someone could suggest a decent website. no worries.

I've found many good things in the 2 different wallpaper threads here:

90% of my wallpapers came from those 2 threads.




Also, per my first suggestion, stick to seaches like 'water' and 'leaves' and 'sky.' You'll find good stuff. For example, my 'space' search got me this:
