Hi,

First time post :)

I bought a phone from the apple store, as a new added line to my existing plan with AT&T, within the three day grace period that AT&T has where they don't charge for anything not even a activation fee I called and canceled the account. It was late at night and it seemed as if the agent was in a another country.. Anyway I said I wanted to cancel that line and she said ok no problem canceled the line and I said I would owe nothing.. and we ended the call..

Now from past experiences, they usually have me return the phone first and then cancel.

Do you think I get to keep the phone and the subsidized price?

No, if it is not returned within 14 days they will charge you the difference between what you paid and the full retail price using the card you bought the phone with. Look at your receipt, that language was on my iPhone receipt.
