I began experiencing some network issues with my 12 Pro and from I saw in another thread, it seems to be common. I don’t know how bad it could get or when a fix will be available, so decided to initiate a return of my online order on my last day to do so and go back to my trusty 6S Plus.

So I started the return process and have until Nov 21 to ship it per the email. I’d prefer to return to an Apple Store, but unlike the US site, Canada has no indication that it can be returned in store. (I may still attempt to do so next week).

I got Apple Care in store one week later. Can that still be cancelled and do I get full refund?

If I ever chose not to return it, what happens after Nov 21? Do the return request simply gets cancelled?

Yes. You can get a pro rato refund for Apple Care+. If you don’t return it, the request gets cancelled. But maybe it is better to call Apple to cancel the request.

I returned my 12 Pro and had purchased AppleCare days after original purchase at the Apple Store. They told it it would automatically refund the AppleCare. It did not. I had to contact support to get them to cancel it.
