I have just placed an order for a new iPhone through the Apple Online Store. Now reading over their returns policy, I found this piece

"If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone to the Apple Online Store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund."

With the 3 - 4 week shipping delay, can someone tell me when the 14 days begins?

According to the Dutch law the 14 days go in when receiving the product, not after it's been shipped. I assume same goes for international law.

Question is, how can you return an undamaged iphone when it's damaged out of the box ;)
