iPhone - Rogers Refurb stock

Hi,

I have been given an offer for a refurb 16Gb iPhone 3G from Rogers Customer Relations as a retainer, the offer is great however they don't currently have stock of these atm, so its kind of an empty gesture.
Does anyone know when Rogers are expecting stock of the refurbed iPhone 3G? Has anyone received one lately?
