Iphone S/N : Factory F9 ?

Hello,
I had a digitizer failure on my 5s, so I send it to Apple Care service.
They exchanged me, and on the e-mail I received (my phone is going on his way by plane ), I saw the S/N on the new phone begins by F9.
When I put it on chipmunks it tells me :
