iphone screen problem

so i have this problem with my phone screen, when i clean my screen it has a black spot that makes a circle but when i dry it, it stays unocitable, but that same spot when i rub it or swipe if feels very rubbery and i dont like that feeling… do u know anything ? and no it looks just normal when i turn it on, no color changes.

Without pictures any comments would be mere speculation.. From your limited description I'd say the oleophobic coating is worn off where the black spot is..
