iPhone screen streaming

Hello,

Are there any jailbreak or non-jailbreak solutions, which allow iPhone's screen sharing to remote computer through 3g? I have tried Veency. However I need a solution, which could be used for video streaming from iPhone screen and Veency is very laggy with video streaming.

I need this because my iphone's wifi is occupied by a device, which creates its own wifi station and airplay solutions do not work in this case for screen streaming because computer and iphone has to be on the same wifi.

Any help is appreciated.
