Hey! I have a question, I have a first generation iPhone that fell in water and completely died, won't turn on at all. So I bought a 3G, I shattered the screen on my 3G, could I swap the screens out? Thanks!

I don't believe AT&T offers insurance on their iPhones. Maybe through a 3rd party?
I'm not sure about that. My brother has AT&T and has insurance for his iPhone, so I'm assuming the OP should do that from now on.

There is no insurance from AT&T for iPhone. My insurance was removed the day I bought my first iPhone.
Also, the screens are identical from the original to the iPhone 3G. The only difference may be the connectors so I'm not sure if it will work. have you checked: http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Browse/iPhone yet?
