iPhone Screenshots how to?

I was just curious. For those of you who posted screenshots of your iphone, like wall paper, home menus, etc... Do you use a digital camera or is there an app that does this? Some look too perfect for a digital camera.

Hold down the Home button. Push the top button. It'll be in your Photos application for easy export to your computer.

Oh, and you'll need firmware 2.0+ to use it.
