I am going to be taking a long trip and would like to be able to continually take pictures from my digital camera and store them on my iPhone for safe-keeping while I am away (since I won't have my computer).

Is there an accessory or device that could connect a SD/SDHC memory card to the iPhone? I can find card readers with USB connections, but nothing to get it to an iPhone.

Not anything currently available for this, but if there was it would probably cost more than a couple of high-capacity SDHC cards.

They already make SD/SDHC readers including a disk drive that likely cost less than one that would work with an iPhone.

Or upload to one of the iPhone ftp server apps from an internet cafe.

but as far as I can tell it isn't compatiable with iPhone
however, if you had an older iPod (photo or video) then you can use that and your set to go
