iPhone se (2020/2022) oem quality screen replacement experience

Has anyone replaced their SE 2nd or 3rd gen screen diy and was happy with the screen quality? I hear theres a disparity in screen quality between 3rd party screen we have access to and what we receive from apples repair source. I’ve been diy projects recently and I’m planing to buy a beat up iPhone SE 2022 for $60 with crack screen. I’d love to fix it! TIA

Yes , there many 3rd party screens on the market with different qualities. With some supporting True Tone and auto brightness and some without support. The premium screens ( like the one we use here https://hexcs.com/phone-repairs/apple-iphone-repairs/iphone-screen-repair-edinburgh/ ) don't fall far from the Apple's and hard to see the difference.
