How long will iPhone SE 2020 accommodate WhatsApp?
I tried to do the math and I think I am wrong. The iPhone 6 Plus had iOS 12.5.7 as its last iOS. In May 2025 the minimum iOS that WhatsApp will support is 15.1. My calculation reveals that in three years the minimum iOS WhatsApp would need to run on iPhone SE 2020 will be iOS 18. I think my calculation is incorrect and believe that iOS 18 will be the minimum iOS supported in greater than 3 years from now. Please comment on what you think after reviewing this and doing the math yourself.
