I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen that has a maximum battery capacity of 90% and says it is operating at Peak Performance. I have auto-brightness on and turned off background app refresh for everything except Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Apple Maps (WiFi only). However, if I use my iPhone for 2 hours listening to Spotify with the screen turned off, the battery goes to 45-50% which seems extreme.

Is there some setting I am missing, or do I just need a battery replacement? I read somewhere performing the "Reset All Settings" option may help?

what OS are you on?
I'm also using iPhone SE2 but on 15.7.1 @ 83% and still all good
-- Notifications are on for only the essentials like Phone, Find My, Messages, Calendar, Outlook
-- Reduced Motion
-- Clock+Calendar+Shortcuts widgets only
-- Background Refresh off

Also, I have created and Automation inside shortcuts to play a sound when my battery reaches 85%, 90%, 95%, and 100% with increasing levels of volume when charging so we know that I'm done charging.
+ Airplane mode on, Bluetooth off, Low Power Mode on, Volume 0% when plugged-in
+ vice versa when unplugged
