iPhone SE (2022) iPhone SE 3rd gen - How long will it be supported for?

How do I find out how long the SE 3rd gen will be supported for? I see iOS 26 is available.
My dad wants a smaller phone and all the current releases seem to be getting bigger.

Apple just recently dropped support for the XR. The iPhone 11 is the older supported on iOS 26 right now.

The SE3 has the same chipset as the iPhone 13 so I reckon 3 more years?

Battery life’s not great but it should be fine if your dad is a very light user. I unplugged my SE3 at 6am, it’s almost 2PM now and battery’s down to 70% (11 minutes onscreen time mostly messages).

He’s a very light user. Just phone and messaging. No net browsing or social media.
