Strange behaviors with iPhone use at home. No WiFi available.
At times, Safari and other apps work fine over cellular data when no WiFi is available. At other times, mostly midday, the apps will NOT respond. Toggling airplane mode helps sometimes. And there does not seem to be an issue if I am outside the house.
Yes, the Mail app NEVER has a problem. Ditto making a call.
I feel like this is a setting issue, but have had no luck finding/knowing if there is a setting that is incorrect.
Any suggestions?
