Hi all,

As it says on the tin I guess — the camera on my iPhone SE has completed stopped focusing, meaning I cannot take photos up-close of anything, or of any text etc without it appearing blurring.

I've not found much useful troubleshooting info for this issue online, though I have tried a few suggestions I found — 'tap' the top of the phone, take off the case, restart the app, restart the phone etc.

I could really do with the camera for a few work-related tasks, and the possibility of a local repair seems pretty remote at the minute.

I wonder is it worth trying to either reset all settings, or to do a full factory reset?

Given the hassle I don't want to try it unless there is some logic it might succeed... has anyone had any experience with this issue before?

Thanks,

Lenny
