iPhone SE headphone jack

It would seem odd for Apple to release the SE with a headphone jack and then not have one on the 7. Any thoughts on this?

If they remove it, it'll be with the flagship first.

The iPhone 5 form factor was thick enough to allow for a headphone jack. Why remove it if you're not making the phone thinner?
