Hi!
Could anyone, please, lead me to a reliable website/source selling qualitative iPhone SE display assembly replacements or maybe give me some information on where I could get some broken SE with a working original display?

I am quite confused - trere are a lot of third party manufacturers and sites - but as I read there might be problems with compatibility/quality.

I would suggest getting an official replacement if possible. Having an official one will mean there are no potential compatibility/quality issues, and it won't void your warranty (if you still have any left).
