iPhone SE safari video buffers and websites slow

I have a iPhone SE and when I turn the phone sideways to watch videos to see better it will stop to buffer. The same is for websites as well. They will load slowly. The iPod 6 I have doesn't do that. Is there a way to fix this when flipping phone sideways
 
I installed the Firefox app and it seems not to buffer on that app
