iPhone Se screen freeze help

Hi there

Sometime my iPhone Se screen freezes for example on the lock screen when I'm entering my pass code.. Doesn't happen all the time but it is noticeable - I've tried restoring but still happens

Any help is it a iOS bug or should I send it in for repair?

I'm not experiencing any such issues, I'm not sure its a software bug. I'd exchange it

Hi,

You try the following the following steps overcome the issue:

* Turn off of the mobile and switch it on

* Did you recently install a new app? ( if so uninstall the app)

I'm not sure of Bug and if the problem persist. please take it to the Apple store

I personally not experiencing that issue on mine. But the first thing that came to mind was to do a "restore."
