Hey everyone!

I've purchased an iPhone SE as soon as it became available this year (March 31) for my sister.

The phone was bought in London as I lived there but she's using it in Croatia where she lives.

Now, today she told me that she had a weird static noise experience; 1.) she talked on the phone with someone and suddenly all she could here was white noise coming from the earpiece and the bottom speaker. 2.) she just browsed Facebook on her phone and same thing happened.
When I asked her whether the phone undertook any physical damage (drops, water damage) she says no (plus it has a hard case and a screen protector). She says that music plays back normal and the phone sounds perfectly fine most of the time, except when these things happen... I really have no idea what's behind this lol. She did upgrade to the latest version of iOS couple days ago and that's around the time she started encountering these problems.

Secondly, it happened quite a few times that her phone died with 20ish % of battery remaining. That's quite uncommon with the phone being under a year old... Croatia is now around 1-10 Celsius, depending on the day, which is still within the suggested operational temperature of the device (0-35 C).

I would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light at least on these issues. I know that the phone is still under warranty as it was bought in the UK in March this year. But getting it here would be a bit mad, having to post it in Croatia and all that bother... Also, do authorised Apple Services in Croatia (there's no Apple Stores there, only Authorised Dealerships and Services) accept repairs under the one year warranty with my receipt?

Thank you!
