General iPhone Security Compromised. maybe?

Is it just me or can you still access app data and lots of files like photos when your device is locked with mac or windows and programs like ifunbox, diskaid, iphonebrowser etc, is this just for jailbroken devices, can it be fixed, cydia tweak maybe like applocker or lockdown pro....

Usually these programs ask me to enter my pass code first...

Yeah. I think it only asks for pass code if I haven't unlocked my phone for a few minutes or so. Guess it kind of makes sense.
