iPhone 7/Plus iPhone security question - Accidentally visited site

I was looking up an answer to a computer question, and I came across what looked like a reputable tech site and clicked on it. It turns out it's actually a forum site about hacking. The question/article I selected was legitimate, but the fact that it's a hacking website concerns me.

Is my iPhone at risk in terms of security? Since I was on my home WiFi at the time, is my network and/or other devices (Windows or Mac) at risk?

McAfee SiteAdvisor says the site is safe, but I worry that visiting that site could be harmful. What should I do?
