iPhone share function not work

Two users are using same iphone SE with same OS version.

User B has the following issues

Q1: Dont' have "Share notes' option in IOS Note app.

Q2: Dont' find google drive app that can transfer file there.

User A doesn't has above issue.

How to fix these for User B. Please advise. Many thanks

open the Share-Menu. Scroll to the button. Select Edit Actions and activate/select the missing actions (which are only available when the corresponding apps are installed).
