iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone showed up from ATT opened?

I ordered a 14 pro max from ATT and it showed up today. The shipping box was fine but both of the seals on the iPhone box were opened. Is this normal? Phone looks fine but seems odd that the box would have been opened at any point.

I'd say not normal. Maybe they shipped you a returned but unused phone?

Probably. I called ATT and they said go to the store. And I said yea I have been for 2 months and they never have them in stock. So I finally ordered but I avoid it for this very reason. I hate phone carriers.

In the past I've ordered from AT&T with no major issues but this year I went to the Apple Store and picked it up there. Super easy. Not dealing with AT&T any more than I have to.
