iphone - sign out of itunes

How do i sign out of itunes on the iphone.

I dont want to leave my account signed in.

if you are signed into your iTunes account when syncing your phone your account will be active on the phone.
In iTunes go to advanced(I think) and sign out. Then resync your phone.
