iPhone silent button is stuck

My silent button is stuck on silent mode and can't get the sounds back on.

Is there an app that controls the silent button or any other way to bypass the silent button ?

Try pushing the button really hard. My old iPhone 3G did that.

Yes I have. The button is actually stuck it's not a software issue
