iPhone sim in another phone?

Can I use my iPhone sim in another phone?

If I go camping or something I would not want to take my iPhone and risk it getting damaged, could I just take the sim out of my iPhone, stick it in another AT&T phone, and have it work? Then when I get home, I would just switch the sim back to the iPhone. I know you can usually do this, but I am not sure if the iPhone is different.

I'm going to talk out of my ass and say yes. Granted the phone is an AT&T phone or unlocked.

Yep, you can. I do it all the time to use my 3G phone. Hell I even tether the 3G phone to my laptop and use the iPhone data plan in this way. I have yet to get caught...............
