So I am an iPhone Developer, just bought an iPhone 3G Refurbished jailbroken no sim or plan. Turns out it has Apple care, 4 dead pixels, and bad battery. So I figure why not take it and get a new iPhone? My cousin will happily give me his sim card and I can slip his in and un jailbreak I was just curious if he could take the sim out of mine after apple activated it in mine (at the store) and use it in his iPhone.
