Hey gang,

I'm in the process of trying to pitch a project to management that will use the iPhone, and specifically the video capabilities of the 3GS. The issue is, I doubt they're going to allow me to have the project funds spring for a new 3GS + the service contract (at least initially.)

I was wondering if the iPhone simulator in the SDK supports using the macbook's webcam so I could at least do my code development and testing that way until I have it at a reasonable point to convince them to spring for the hardware and service contract?

Anyone know?

Thanks!

Some rumors or speculation, I can't remember which, suggest that the next iPod Touch will have a camera. In a few weeks we should know.
